We work with clients from the very beginning of their project. We want to understand what the client wants out of their project and strive to design and draft a building that lives up to their dream. Our services go beyond simple building design. They also include site inspections, preliminary reports, bring, and more.
With a brief created, the actual design for the project begins. Building design starts with preliminary sketches created for the client so that a shared vision of the project can be created. With the sketches approved, computer generated floorplans and 3D designs are created so that the client can see exactly how their new home will be built.
At PERL Building Design, we’re a true end-to-end building design firm. This means that we don’t just design a building and walk away. We work with builders and architects to ensure the project goes to plan. We can also help with town planning and building permits to ensure that everything is completed quickly and easily.
