Establish in 2019, Perl Building Design specialises in new builds, dual occupancy dwellings, renovations, additions, extensions, pool design, and small second dwellings. The majority of our work is on the Mornington Peninsula, and we like to incorporate the wonderful elements and style unique to the area. This involves designs that showcase the rustic yet modern charm of the Mornington Peninsula, the beach, Port Phillip Bay, and touches of luxury. Beyond the Mornington Peninsula, we here at Perl Building Design have also completed projects in the greater Melbourne area and throughout Victoria.

Paul has been involved in multiple aspects of the construction industry for more than twenty years. Paul then transitioned into building design after completing renovations around the Mornington Peninsula. He had always been involved in various aspects of the design process, and has managed to use his general knowledge of construction to good use in his design ideas.
Paul enjoys creating buildings that will be a forever home or much loved second home for clients. He’s inspired by clients’ visions and wants to make those ideas come to life.
