Location: Chelsea Heights

Project Description: The clients for this project had outgrown their old dwelling, which was a multi-generational family living together. To create a space that was fit for purpose, they chose to knock down and rebuild. We created a dual occupancy residence on a single lot in order to accommodate two families.
